Pneumatic Liquid Level Controller
Controlling a pump automatically for emptying or filling a vessel
Atlas offers an Automatic System to Control Air Operated Diaphragm Pump. One of the major benefits of an Air Operated Diaphragm Pump is its ability to run in areas inaccessible with Electric, either by necessity or design. With this in mind, we have designed a range of equipment which is air driven, these include High Level control, Low Level Control and High & Low Level Control Systems for filling or emptying, with high and a low level monitoring.
It is a very Simple Device having Dip tubes for the setting the level for High/Low Level or High & Low Level Systems. All Pneumatic Liquid Level Sensor, which senses the Liquid Level in a compatible tube located in the tank/barrel and turns on/off the pump accordingly.
The Device will work with almost any fluid in an unpressurised vessel having a non-turbulent surface, and will sense the level within a few millimeters

Automatic Pneumatic Hi/Lo Control System The innovative design of the Dual level system monitors the presence of liquid at the dip tube end to turn the pump turned off (or On). For Emptying operation ,the end of the dip tube “low” (1) (or end of extension pipe) is placed at the desired low level in the sump and the end of the hose ”high” (2) is placed at the high level position. The pump will run until the liquid level is between the high level & low-level dip tubes. It is a very accurate system, sensing the levels within a few millimetres. An alarm with horn is also available on request.

The System is very simple to install and can be installed with ease . The inlet is connected to the inlet port, the inlet pressure is set as per requirement mentioned on the Panel Box, The Sensor tubes are connected to the Dip tube and put in the Tank at the desired level. The outlet is connected to the Valve/Signal to start/put off the pump
This Device is highly suited
for Paints, Solvents and all other hazardious liquids, including areas where
Electric Devices are not to be used.
The System requires Filtered &
Regulated Air supply up to 150 psi
